smart lighting as a service

Tailor your package

We pride ourselves on full transparency. You simply choose the services you want from our extensive portfolio and we put together an offer based on your individual needs.

Project Planning & Design

We’re your partner at every stage of the project. At the very beginning of a new project, we offer electrical and lighting design services and help set up any lighting and emergency control systems.

If you are renewing or refurbishing an existing site, we provide detailed reports on potential energy savings and cost reductions when it comes to daily operation and maintenance.

Project Delivery

Our highly qualified commissioning and service engineers really look after your lighting.

They deliver a reliable and precise service to make sure that your system meets your requirements. And even if you choose not to have any lighting controls or emergency systems integrated, we will still help you get the best out of your luminaires.

Object Management

Your lighting solution should serve you in the best way possible for many years to come. Our offer is made up of three main pillars: a general Service Level Agreement, additional complementary services and a yearly inspection of your lighting infrastructure.

Service Level Agreement (SLA) You tell us the scope of the service that you need. Depending on the level you select, you get guaranteed availability and a guaranteed reaction time for our services. If necessary, we’re there for you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Complementary Services Alongside the SLA, you can choose a series of complementary services. From remote help to on-site support, you only pay for them when they are really needed. No vague package content that you don’t need - and don’t understand.

Annual Inspection Our yearly maintenance service enables us to make sure that your lighting solution is in perfect shape.

Training

It’s our job to ‘translate’ the latest technological developments into a language that everyone can understand. That’s why we also run training courses, so that your team feels confident looking after the day-to-day running of your lighting solution.
